There are two different model for vacuum liquor/material preparation tank including jacket heating style and jacket warm-keeping style,which is for the serials preparation vessel of soft capsule. The equipment is necessary for the technology processing including liquor sedimentation, liquor preparation, mixing, warm-keeping, vacuuming,condensation.
1.Capacity: 100L～5000L
2.Surface treatment for Inside of tank body: the roughness of inside surface mirror polishing Ra<0.4 μm
3. Model of jacket: All jacket，semi-coil pipe jacket，honeycomb jacket(option)
4. Thermal insulation material: filling with EPE, rock wool or Casting polyurethane foam
5.Surface treatment for outside of tank: Mirror polishing or 2B matte colors or sand blast
6.Mixing device:Top center eccentric hanging agitator, blade stirring,push-type, etc.
7.Rotating speed: 32~82 r/min fixed speed or equipped with stepless speed regulation or Frequency inverter
8.Model of liquid level meter: glass tube style liquid level meter, static pressure transducer，super-sonic liquid level meter(option by requirement)
9.The compounds for preparation tank/ pharmaceutical preparation tank of soft capsule: quick-opening manhole, sight glass, thermometer(digital or pointer-type) asepsis air breather,ClP cleaner, liquor material inlet and outlet,Sterilization hole,circulating hole,purified water inlet,spare hole,steam jacket inlet and outlet, cooling water inlet and outlet, etc.
10.Material of manufacturing: Inside of tank body: stainless steel SUS30 or SUS316L; jacket and outside of tank body SuS304
11.It is adopted flanging process for arc transition to The tank body inside welding site connected with all a variety of outlets, sight glass and manhole etc, the welding seams smooth, easy cleaning without dead angle, surface perfect.
